Our 1st floor apartment is comfortable, excellent and contemporary. Located in a quiet location and on a living area of 55m².

Our apartment has a living room, a bedroom for up to 2 people, another bedroom for 1 person and a bathroom.

In the living room there is a sofa with a double bed for 2 people.

The bedroom has a double bed or 2 separate beds.

This is the second bedroom with 1 bed

Workstation: In the single room there is a workstation equipped with monitor, keyboard and mouse.

For your comfort, we have chosen a quality bed with an excellent orthopedic mattress and a memory foam mattress topper.

You will also find a washing machine with dryer in your bathroom.
